Refund policy

Return or Refund Requests:

A return and full refund are only applicable under two distinct conditions:

  1. While the courier is at your door: If you checked the item and you don't want to take it, you must immediately return the package with the courier while the courier is present.

  2. Manufacturing Defect (Item Defected): If the item, upon immediate inspection after opening, has a verifiable manufacturing defect that renders it unusable. In this case, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the defect. We will arrange for an inspection and, if the defect is confirmed, approve the return and refund.

Please note: Once the delivery has been accepted and the courier has left, we cannot process a return or refund for reasons other than a verifiable manufacturing defect reported within 24 hours.

 

Exchange Requests:

 

We are happy to offer an exchange for an item that meets the following criteria:

  • Exchange Window: Exchanges are only applicable for requests made within 14 days of the original purchase date.

  • Item Condition: The item must be returned to us in its original shape and form.
